This patent, issued on August 7, 2018, is crucial to MOVology’s recapture methodology. According to MOVology CIO & Co-Founder Peter Norton, this patent allows us and our clients to place a tracking pixel on any US-based website for the sole purpose of collecting data from an electronic web form that is not submitted of completed. We can then send that data to a server via API or any other method.
This patent provides us with the opportunity to track potential customers in a very precise, reliable way.

Patent: US 9,280,531
Another crucial patent, this one was issued on March 8, 2016. This patent allows MOVology and our partners to store data from abandoned electronic web forms in real time.
This means that when the doorbell rings or the baby cries or the boss walks in, an almost-customer who failed to complete or submit their form is not really lost. That information is stored safely on our server in real time.
Patent: US 9,286,282
This unique patent allows us to take the stored data mentioned above and then append it to third-party data. Or we can enhance the data by other methods. This patent was issued on March 15, 2016.
This allows us to take all that data we’re collecting and storing in real time and make it even more usable and meaningful to our clients’ marketing teams.
Patent: US 9,589,281
Finally, this patent, issued March 7, 2017, permits us to take stored information from uncompleted web forms and remarket to those form abandoners using any medium, including email, direct mail, SMS and social media advertising.
